Ty-Gwyn is a family holiday cottage literally on the beach in North Wales, possibly the oldest in the village. It is owned and managed by the third generation of the family who are now introducing the fourth generation to the delights of the rock pools, swimming and boats.

The house sleeps a total of 10 people in 3 double bedrooms and two single bedrooms. One of the double bedrooms also contains a bunk bed. There is a living and dining room with an open fire and a large kitchen with an Aga. There is a bathroom off the kitchen and a shower room and toilet down the corridor with the bedrooms. There is also a small sitting room on the front of the house with large windows facing the beach, Bay and view to the mountains. The house is surrounded by lawns with stunning views across the bay to the mountains of Snowdonia.

It is accessible by foot at all times of day and by car about 2 1/2 hours each side of low tide.
